We have a very high level of success with most odors and spots. However, pet urine and other soils can permanently alter or remove the color of the carpet and can penetrate the backing of the carpet, the pad underneath the carpet, or the subfloor below the pad. When these types of odors and stains occur, we cannot guarantee that the original color of your carpet will be restored or that the odor will not continue to wick up from the backing, pad, or subfloor.

High-velocity air movers are placed on your carpet as we clean to facilitate quick drying. We also utilize rotary buffering tools with see-through extraction windows to ensure that all excess moisture is readily removed from the carpet. We recommend that people and pets do not walk on freshly cleaned carpets for a period of 2-4 hours.

Our technicians will move and replace furniture as they clean your carpet and place moisture barrier pads under the legs to protect your carpet while it is drying. We encourage customers to move breakable items themselves.  Large entertainment centers, china cabinets, and electronic equipment cannot be moved by our technicians.
